How long do lessons go for?

Children's lessons typically go for 30 minutes. 45 and 60 minute lessons can be arranged for adults and older children.

What must my child bring to the lesson?

Swimming cap and goggles, Swimming costume, Towel

How many children in a class?

Only 1 child per class, to ensure close supervision and individual attentenion.  Special arrangements can be made for 4 childrens to share a lesson.

Where are the swimming lessons held?

Swimming lessons are held in the comfort of your swimming pool (private home, resort or villa).

Do I need to supervise my child at the pool?

Yes, a parent or approved carer must be there before, during and after the swimming lesson. Parents do not need to get into the pool, but must be close by for the duration of the lesson

Is it possible to reschedule lessons?

Yes, minimum 48 hours notice required to reschedule swimming lessons.

Will lessons be cancelled due to bad weather?

Swimming lessons will always go ahead in the rain. Lessons may be cancelled due to tropical storms, due to the threat of lightning.

What qualification do your teachers have?

Erick is an accredited ASCTA Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety, the highest national qualification in Australia. Erick is also an PADI accredited  Instructor, and Instructor First Aid and CPR certifications.

What language do you teach in?

Swimming lessons are taught in English and French.

Do you use floaties in the lesson?

No, we do not use floaties or arm bands during the lessons. We do use some floating aids, such as kick boards and noodles, to assist children to learn swimming strokes
